Booking modalities
- Confirmation by letter with payment of a deposit representing 20% of the total of the invoice
- Pre rooming list 5 weeks before arrival
- Definitive rooming list 1 week before the arrival of the coach
- Payment of balance at the hotel on the group's departure
Cancellation terms
- From 30 to 15 days before the group arrives: compensation of 50 %
- From 14 to 8 days before the group arrives: compensation of 75 %
- Less than 7 days before the group arrives: compensation of 100%
