Golf de Dinard

Dinard Golf club, one of the oldest golf clubs in France

Located in the commune of Saint-Briac-sur-Mer, Dinard Golf club was founded by a few British residents living in Dinard to play their favourite sport. Designed by Tom Dunn in 1887, this golf club is the second oldest in France (after Pau in 1856). History indeed!
Laid out along the coastline, there are sea views from all 18 holes. This course is neither long, nor tiring, nor difficult; it is tricky: sandy soil, undulating fairways, small, high and very fast greens, numerous bunkers, very few trees, but plenty of broom and gorse bushes.

Tréméreuc Golf club

Redesigned by a professional in 2001, the 2875m of fairways today combine aestheticism and technicality, revealing with the passing holes double greens, tee-offs in wooded areas, water hazards etc.
Players will appreciate the difficulty of each hole which requires a real game strategy.

Saint-Malo Golf club

The Saint-Malo Golf club was designed in 1986 by Hubert Chesneau. Like the Golf National (French Open), he wanted fresh architecture and to offer a sporting challenge as well as a feast for the eyes. He knew how to combine the wealth of the site: its bodies of water, its granite mounds and its trees, with a varied and sporting design.
The fairways are large and wide, the roughs forgiving, and the area of play always visible, but care should be taken when tackling the greens because, while they are wide, the positions of the flags can be deceiving.

For your comfort, the hotel has been totally renovated and re-opened its doors in May 2008.
